Ordered fridge after waiting for it for 8 days as they couldn’t supply it any sooner, for them to not install into my unit on the day booked and was left in middle of my living room, I had to wait another 5 days for the company to come back and install it, we lived off dry food and takeaways which wasn’t great and very costly because of the delay, not one phone call was made to me to tell me time slots they just expected me to take two days off work waiting for a knock at the door and in general caused me quite a lot of stress, if ordering to keep in mind this company seem to be all over the place and very unorganised

The technician was quick, incredibly clean and diagnosed/solved the issue with my washing machine in no time. Got the part and came back to fix it. Both Michelle and him were super communicative throughout, gave me advice on how to best use the appliance so I dont have to call them again too soon and also suggested better quality brands in case I need to replace it. 100% a company that lets the quality of their work and their values speak for themselves. No jargon, no secret costs, no technical blurb to upsell. Just brilliant.
